The performance of the new film in other markets turned out to be even better – $ 25 million, and in total the picture earned almost $ 39 million from a budget of 79 million.
In Russia, “Tom and Jerry” also managed to conquer the rental, bypassing the indicators “The Little Humpbacked Horse” – Now the collection of the first tape in our country has exceeded 260 million rubles.
The success of the film was not prevented by the devastating ratings of critics – 31 points for Metacritic and 25% on Rotten tomatoes… The viewers from the first portal did not remain delighted with the picture either, but reacted more loyal to it – 5.2 points out of 10.
At the same time, users with Rotten Tomatoes were pleased with the project – from them it has 86% “freshness”.
