Host of the popular Spanish YouTube channel ElAnalistaDeBits indicated that next week users Xbox Series X / S some interesting news should be expected from Microsoft… In an already deleted tweet, he wrote that:
“On February 17th, Xbox fans have some very interesting content on the channel. Until that day, I can’t say more. Thanks Xbox for giving me early access so I can get my stuff ready in advance!”
Later, at one of the Spanish forums, the blogger clarified that it was still under the embargo and could not share details, but information about this would probably leak to the network earlier. He only noted that we are talking about something “very cool” for the Xbox Series…
Since ElAnalistaDeBits mainly focuses on technical game comparisons, the announcement almost certainly has something to do with that. It is possible that Microsoft is preparing for the release of the previously announced method of increasing the frame rate in backward compatible games, which will double the FPS in such projects without the need for developer intervention.
