Over the past six months, there have been many rumors that Sony negotiating the purchase of a studio Bluepoint, however, until now, they still have no firm sonova under them – not a single reputable journalist or media has yet managed to pick up and confirm them.
According to him, Bluepoint wants to make a game based on new intellectual property, while the team is not opposed to simultaneously making new remakes. The studio has a good relationship with Sony and is ready for a takeover.
Bluepoint is best known for remasters and remakes of various well-known games. The studio worked on compilations Metal gear solid hd collection for PS3 and Xbox 360, God of war collection for PS3, The Ico & Shadow of the Colossus Collection for PS3 and Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection for PS4.
The last two projects of the developers were already full-fledged remakes – these are Shadow of the colossus for PS4 and Demon’s Souls for PS5. The November release is rumored to have finally convinced Sony to acquire Bluepoint.
