New frames from the series Netflix “The Witcher” season 2 hit the network, showing new characters who will play an important role in the project. Several elves and other non-humans were photographed on footage, which, most likely, will fight with people in The Witcher season 2.
As it became known to Gamebomb.ru, journalists shared the new shots from the filming of The Witcher Season 2 for filming several actors of the show’s new season with Henry Cavill as Geralt of Rivia. The new photos showed a group of long-haired elves dressed in poor clothes and outfits. Apparently, the forest partisans Skoya’tael, nonhumans who fight with people in the “The Witcher” universe, fell on the shots of The Witcher Season 2. Scoia’taeli played an important role in the games of the CD Projekt RED series, as well as in the famous game “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt“. In the photographs below you can see the costumes and hairstyles of elves for The Witcher Season 2.
Currently shooting “The Witcher” season 2 are held in the British city of Dorking (Dorking). It is assumed that in the new episodes, Francesca Findabair, a purebred elf and a powerful sorceress will also be shown. In the episode with the elves on the new frames of “The Witcher”, season 2, the enchantress Yennifer performed by Anya Chalotra, who was also seen on the set in Dorking, should also appear. It is not yet known how Yennifer will be connected with Francesca Findabair and the Scoia’tael in The Witcher Season 2, and what role the elves will play in future events.
The series “The Witcher” season 2 will be released on Netflix in 2023, according to Gamebomb.ru. It is expected that the project may appear the witcher Vesemir performed by Mark Hamill, as well as the killer of the witchers Leo Bonart, but it is not yet clear who can play this role.
