New patch for The Last of Us: Remastered on Playstation 4, as previously reported, significantly reduced download times. In the video below, a famous youtuber ElAnalistaDeBits clearly demonstrated the difference, and in some places it is just huge. See for yourself:
According to insiders, the miracle patch was released by Sony as part of optimizing the game to run on the PlayStation 5 under the backward compatibility program. How the developers managed to achieve such results on the PlayStation 4 is not specified.
