Publisher HypeTrain Digital and Perm studio Morteshka finally released their adventure card game based on Russian fairy tales “Black book“.
The game is already available:
Steam, EGS, GOG – 509-515 rubles
PlayStation – 1789 rubles
Xbox – $ 22
Nintendo Switch – 1911 rubles.
The first reviews of the game have already been published and they are mostly positive.
Black Book does not fit into genres, and it does not at all try to become more understandable to non-Russian audiences. She is incredibly harsh and puts up more than one wall in front of us, requiring a radical rebuild of her deck with limited resources.
For those interested in Russian mythology, Black Book is practically a study guide. But she explains her own systems dull and inconsistent. Not that the game wasn’t polished. Rather, she is one of those who, in the old days, applied a palm-thick guide, but you do not have it.
