The series has been in development since 2015, and since then it has managed to change the scriptwriters, the leading actor, and so on. The story tells of a certain disease that killed all men on Earth – except for one, Yorick. In addition, his Capuchin Ampersand survived.
The main character decides to go in search of his girlfriend in Australia, while trying to find answers about the causes of the epidemic and stay alive – after all, not everyone is happy with his existence. The main role in the show is played by Ben Schnetzer (“Warcraft”).
In addition, the FX channel announced the dates of the premieres of other TV series, among them:
- American Horror Stories (spin-off anthology of the main series) – July 15
- American Horror Story: Double Session – 25-th of August
- “Archer” (Season 12) – August 25
- “What are we doing in the shadows” (Season 3) – September 2
- American Crime Story: Impeachment – September 7.
