The media became aware of the negotiations between Microsoft and Paradox Interactive – the studio can be sold

Last month appeared information that Microsoft is developing several more deals for the purchase of game studios, which will be of the same caliber as in the case of Bethesda

And although so far no names have been named, as an option, one of them may be Paradox Interactive, known for developing and releasing strategy games including Europa Universalis, Crusader Kings and Stellaris. According to the hosts of the podcast TheXboxEra, there is some discussion going on between the two sides.

The nature of the negotiations was not disclosed, so the result may not necessarily be the acquisition of the studio, but, for example, the addition of more games from the Paradox catalog to the subscription Xbox Game Pass

In the same episode, it was said that the service Ubisoft + allegedly preparing to join Game Pass in a similar way to EA Play, and negotiations are ongoing with SEGA with regards to the inclusion of her games in the subscription.
