According to a post on the designer’s official Twitter account Drew Murray, Studio The initiative, formed in 2018 to develop future Microsoft exclusives, is preparing to move to its new headquarters. The building will be located at The Initiative, a five-minute drive from the beach and Santa Monica Pier, overlooking the famous Ferris wheel. Now the working office of the Initiative is also in sunny Santa Monica, but at a different address.

What the relocation is connected with, Murray did not specify. Since its opening, The Initiative has been actively expanding and still continues to recruit staff – 16 new vacancies are now open on the studio’s official website. Perhaps the walls of the previous office did not fit all the employees.

The team is composed of industry veterans and highly qualified specialists who previously worked in leading gaming studios, including Sony Santa Monica, Rockstar games, Naughty dog, Insomniac games, Respawn entertainment and other famous igrodelov.
