The head of the Warsaw division of Techland leaves the company – Igromania

Head of Warsaw unit Techland Katzper Michalski left the company, where he worked for over 15 years.

He thanked everyone for their work and wished “health”, noting that he plans to devote the next months to the custody of his mother. To the nearest working prospects, it will be opened sometime closer to the fall of this year.

Michalski has been in the studio since 2002, tackling shooter levels Chrome and unreleased Day of the Mutants. Then he became responsible for PR and marketing, and also worked as a senior tester and so on.

In 2012, he already left the company for a while, moving to CI Gameswhere he was engaged in brands Sniper: Ghost Warrior and Lords of the Fallen… He returned to Techland in 2016 as head of the Warsaw branch that is working on an unannounced RPG.

Part of this team helped with the development Dying Light 2, which is why their own project has to come out much later than planned.

By the way, in March the firm showed fresh footage of Dying Light 2, announcing plans to release the game before the end of the year.
