The first screenshots of The Switch version of The Outer Worlds

Next month The outer worlds will appear on Switch. The port for the hybrid console, for obvious reasons, will look slightly worse compared to older platforms, and now we have an idea of how much the developers had to sacrifice visual quality to make the game work on the system’s hardware Nintendo.

The first screenshots of The Switch-version of The Outer Worlds have appeared on the Nintendo official website today. At first glance, the resolution and textures suffered the most, because of which the picture began to look noticeably more soapy. Also, apparently, shadows, range of drawing and general detail fell under the knife, ladders appeared on the edges of objects. More precisely, all changes can be said after the appearance of technical analysis.

The game will be released on Switch on March 6th and will sell for $ 60. Porting was done by Virtuos studio, whose forces had previously been transferred to Switch Dark Souls: Remastered and L.A. Noire.
