The first part of

Studio Warner bros will release in Chinese rental an updated version of the film Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in 4K 3D format.
This is the first example from a recent initiative during which Hollywood representatives were invited to release various paintings from their own catalogs in China. The solution is designed to help local distribution recover from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.
The updated version of the tape does not yet have an exact release date, however, some cinemas in the country are going to open at the end of the month, so they can release the picture this spring. The original film was released in 2001 and raised $ 978 million worldwide by launching a global film franchise.
It is planned that re-release of various tapes will take place in parts. The first wave of films should consist of local paintings, while the second will already include Hollywood films. They should also include new films, the release of which was postponed due to the virus.
Theoretically, if the first Harry Potter shows successful results, the rest of the franchise could be released in this format.
