Jason Bloom producer and creator “Paranormal Activity” Oren Peli is working on a reboot of the franchise.
Christopher Landon (“Happy death day”) and William Eubank (“Under the water”). The first will write the script, and the second will act as the director.
According to sources, the sequel will have some kind of new approach – it is not clear what it is about, since it is expected that it will technically be made in the spirit of past “mocumentari” paintings. The plot is also kept secret.
The premiere of the picture is scheduled for March 4, 2023.
