In April, the studio Jankenteam and publishing Merge Games announced that a remake of the classic platformer Alex kidd in miracle world will be released on June 24th. Now their plans have changed, but for the better: it will be possible to get acquainted with the updated version on June 22.
Alex Kidd in Miracle World originally came out on the Sega Master System in 1986, over thirty years ago. Players familiar with the original will easily recognize the classic locations, especially since the developers have provided the ability to switch to a pixelated view.
Nevertheless, Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is an improved version, for which high-resolution backgrounds were painted and modern animations were created. In addition, the creators of the remake have added new, previously unseen locations.
Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX is coming to PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series and Nintendo Switch. Improved Signature Editions are also being prepared for her.
