Publisher Double eleven and developers from Facepunch studios announced that the console version of the survival simulator Rust will be released this spring.
The release will take place on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, but the game can also be launched on next-generation consoles for backward compatibility. Closed beta testing of the console version runs until March 29.
Rust was originally released in Early Access Steam in December 2013, and a full release took place in February 2018. The game received a major update last week with the underground rail network.
