The Coalition continues to suffer losses: Gears 5 multiplayer designer goes on “creative vacation”

Studio The coalition lost another valuable employee. It’s about the director of multiplayer design Ryan Cleven.

He noted that he worked in the studio for six years, having a hand in creating Gears of war 4 and Gears 5. However, due to “personal problems”, Kleven decided to go on creative leave for an indefinite period, after which he would not return to The Coalition.

He added that the departure of priorities was influenced by the departure of his mentor in the person of the ex-head of the studio Rod Fergusonwho in March moved to oversee the franchise Diablo in Blizzard.

“Thanks to everyone who played and worked on the game, as well as those who joined me on this journey,” the developer said.
