Company Square enix published a new video dedicated to NieR Replicant ver. 1.22474487139… And in it she showed almost ten minutes of direct gameplay in one of the locations of the game, the Abandoned Temple.
The main character, with the help of his companion Kaine, finds himself in a deserted temple inhabited by creatures whose language no one understands. The video shows travels through the temple’s expansive locations and selected platform elements.
At the same time, we are shown tests in the castle, during which, in order to comply with the rules, you cannot perform certain actions. For example, running, jumping, blocking or dodging maneuvers. Some challenges also require you to attack with only magic or only melee weapons.
At the end of the video we are shown a battle with the boss of the temple, Shahriyar. This creature consists of many blocks that shoot balls. To deal with the boss and save the Prince of the Facade, the hero must attack only certain blocks.
