Studio Saber interactive reported that already next week, June 9, the off-road driving simulator Snowrunner will receive a new major update, which, in addition to fixing bugs, will also add an additional location and a number of tasks to the game.
The new territory was called The Rift – it will be located on the Russian peninsula of Taimyr. According to the developers, the location will be a real challenge for experienced drivers.
Among the less significant features of the new update are the addition of several slots to save progress, as well as two skins for transport – one for a heavy class of trucks Derry Longhorn 3194and the second for KHAN Lo4F. In addition to this, players will be able to switch the region in multiplayer and adjust the feedback of the steering wheel.
The latter, however, applies only to the PC version of the game. On consoles, rudder support will appear a bit later.
