On the territory of Russia launched the campaign “Stay home – we’ll take care of everything“under which the mobile brand Honor Offered customers enhanced service support capabilities. This is stated in the official message received by our editorial office. Services will be available to users, such as free contactless delivery for repairs, extension of the warranty on devices, as well as round-the-clock online chat of customer support.
“The service of free delivery to the service center and back with warranty and non-warranty repair of HONOR devices will be available to users until May 31, 2023. The service is valid throughout Russia and will be carried out in a safe, contactless manner. A detailed list of settlements for sending and delivering devices will be available for users on the official HONOR website in the “Support Service” section.
To use the service “Repair with delivery”, the user must leave a request. For non-warranty cases, a repair request is made out on the official website of HONOR, the warranty repair request is issued by calling the HONOR support service: 8-800-700-16-77.
Device repair taking into account delivery to the service center will take from five business days. After May 31, 2023, the service remains free for the repair of devices under warranty, in other cases the delivery cost will depend on the region, “the message says.
HONOR will automatically continue servicing devices for which the warranty period expires from March 28 to May 30, 2023. The warranty on such devices will be extended until May 31, 2023. Users will be able to find out the warranty status of their device in the “Support Service” section on the official website of HONOR.
HONOR Support is now available around the clock. For feedback, users will be able to ask a question. in online chat on the official website or in the WhatsApp messenger at the number +7 925 008-04-31.
