Painter Evgeny Zubkov published art in which he depicted Spider-Man in the realities of the Siberian province, thereby presenting his own project called “Northern Spider”, designed to develop the ideas of an alternative universe.
According to Zubkov, he was inspired to create an alternative vision of the cult superhero by his life in the small Siberian town of Aleisk in the Altai Territory, where he spent his childhood. On cold winter days, which lasted up to six months, he whiled away the time watching a video tape with “Spider-Man” and presented stories with Spidey in his native surroundings.
In the comments under the presented art, Eugene listens to various ideas for the development of the Northern Spider universe that netizens offer him.
