A painting whose budget is estimated at 600 million rubles, will be performed in the format of a family comedy, and Cheburashka will be recreated on the screen using computer graphics.
According to the head of the author group Yellow, Black and White Vitalia Shlyappo, the film will not literally quote the old story – the crocodile Gena will definitely not appear in it, but Cheburashka himself will remain the same mischievous eared animal. Others did the plot at this time with no disclosure.
The script will be written by the authors of the trilogy “The last Bogatyr“, and the tape will be directed by Dmitry Dyachenko (“What Men Talk About”, “Kitchen in Paris”, “The Last Bogatyr”). Filming is due to start next year, followed by a big screen premiere in 2023…
