Last summer an independent french studio Tactical adventures announced a tactical role-playing game Solasta: Crown of The Magister. And now she has released a gameplay trailer, which she devoted to the features of the game.
The first part of the trailer tells about the creation of heroes and the formation of a group. Players will be offered five primary and three additional races to choose from. Among them are both familiar ones like humans, half-elves, gnomes and high elves, as well as unique ones – swamp and island halflings, snow gnomes and Sylvanas elves.
Initially, the game provided four classes: a healer, a warrior, a robber and a wizard. Thanks to a successful campaign on Kickstarter they were joined by a paladin, a ranger and a sorcerer. Moreover, for each class, you can choose your preferred weapon and type of armor.
The second half of the trailer is dedicated to the specifics of the battles. Thanks to the design of locations, battles take place at various levels, and fighters actively use the environment, climb on high ground and can even destroy some objects, for example, a bridge.
There are still no release dates for Solasta: Crown of the Magister, but the game can already be added to the wish list in Steam.
