Gameplay of the expected shooter Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass showed in a fresh video a year and a half after the release of the first teaser trailer.
Company Devolver digital has published a new very short video with the gameplay of the shooter Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass, Gamebomb.ru reports. First, a publication appeared on the publisher’s Twitter page, in which fans were promised to learn something new about the upcoming game. For this, the company allegedly decided to send someone for intelligence to the development office Croteam. A day later, a second publication appeared with a short video in a few seconds. It shows a monitor with Serious Sam 4 turned on. Someone, on behalf of Sam Stone, deals with monsters with a shotgun. Representatives of Devolver Digital joked that one of their marketing managers was killed in an attempt to get this video.

The first gameplay of Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass was shown back in the summer of 2018, Gamebomb.ru reports. Since then, developers are in no hurry to share fresh information about their project. In the new game, they promise even more monsters. Among them will be already familiar enemies, including the famous kamikaze, and completely new and unique opponents. There will be no open world. Players will again explore large locations with secrets, puzzles, ambushes and epic battles. The cards will be so big that players will be given transport. They can sit on a motorcycle or start crushing monsters on a combine.
The release date for Serious Sam 4: Planet Badass on Steam has not yet been announced. Presumably, the release should take place before the end of 2023.
