SEGA until 2026 will release a “super game” and return the old series – Igromania

In the latest quarterly report SEGA plans to release “super game»For a new franchise that will target international release – this is how the publisher wants to achieve more coverage.

The company notes that the “super game” is part of a global plan for the next 5 years, which includes several releases. Undoubtedly, the main focus for the company will remain the support of existing brands – Yakuza, Sonic, Persona, Total war and Phantasy Star Online 2

In addition, SEGA plans to make a kind of shooter in the European studio (apparently, a novelty from the team Alien: Isolation from the console division of Creative Assemble) and revive abandoned brands – through remakes, relaunches and remasters.

Older franchises include Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, Panzer Dragoon, NiGHTS, House of the Dead, Shinobi, Altered Beast and Soul Hackers.
