Company Nintendo continues to introduce players to the upcoming action platformer Metroid dread for Switch…
This time, the platform holder has released a new gameplay video demonstrating the abilities of Samus Aran, which she will use against sinister monsters waiting in the dark corners of the planet ZDR.
In Metroid Dread, Samus will be able to use momentum displacement to instantly move at certain distances, a pulse locator that scans walls for breakable blocks, and a grav beam that allows her to fly over gaps and move elements of the environment. In addition, the heroine’s arsenal will include freezing and assault missiles, cross bombs, an accelerator for instant development of high speed, a meteor transfer that allows you to throw Samus into the air in a chosen direction, and a ball attack that surrounds her with a powerful energy field.
The project is being developed by the studio MercurySteamresponsible for Metroid: Samus Returns for Nintendo 3DS. The release will take place October 8th.
