Famous Swedish heavy metal band Sabaton and creators World of tanks continue their active creative cooperation. They presented a video for a new song Steel commanders, which uses, among other things, footage from the game about tank battles.
The tank, by the way, can also be seen in the video. In the game, his crew consists of members of the Sabaton group. And in addition to Strv K, players will be able to earn another reward – a 3D style “Spirit of War” with unique effects, made in the style of knightly armor.
The developers note that Strv K will be useful in battles – in random battles, the tank brings its owner bonds – a valuable in-game currency. In addition, the tank is accompanied by a special soundtrack based on Steel Commanders.
By the way, the Sabaton group recorded a separate greeting to the readers of Igromania!
Musicians and singers said that they have long been fond of video games – after all, you need to rest, and one of the ways is just to immerse yourself in virtual worlds. Where you can also find inspiration for something new.
Separately, Sabaton’s lead vocalist Joakim Broden told how many, to his surprise, World of Tanks players – even in Sweden. And musicians are not at all opposed to such creative collaboration, especially when they receive such unexpected (and pleasant!) Feedback from the audience.
And, of course, the musicians spoke separately about their new song and video.
