Resident Evil Village returns to # 1 UK charts, and PlayStation 5’s Returnal drops out of the top 30

Horror Resident evil village from company Capcom returned to the first place in the British physical chart for the reporting week ended May 22. This is reported by the edition GamesIndustry.bizIn the past, the top-selling project took the second place, behind the debutant in the face of the collection Mass Effect: Legendary Edition.

The Japanese horror movie topped the charts despite a 61% decline in demand from the previous week. Most of the disc circulation is still accounted for by the PlayStation family consoles – over the past seven days, 44% of copies were purchased on Playstation 4, another 29% – on Playstation 5

An updated version of the role-playing game debuted from the second place in the weekly chart Miitopia from company Nintendo… The switch version bypassed the original for Nintendo 3DS on starting box sales by 36%.

Collection Mass Effect: Legendary Edition fell to third place (-76%). 72% of circulation is for the PlayStation 4 version

Hardcore sci-fi action movie Returnal for PlayStation 5 left the TOP-30 and settled on the 33rd place of the weekly British chart… It is now overtaken by Sony exclusives such as Demon’s Souls (30th place) and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales (4th place).
