Resident Evil fans join together to raise funds for the family of deceased actress Jeanette Mouse

Last week the network spread the sad news about the death of the voice actress Jeanette Mousewho took part in the work on Resident Evil: Village… She passed away at the age of 39 after eight months of battling rectal cancer.

The gaming community expressed condolences to family and friends, however, in addition to words of support, many fans of Mouse’s creativity decided to unite together to financially support her family in difficult times for them.

Funds have been collected and continue to come through the page to GoFundMewhich was created last year to help Jeanette continue her treatment.

In total, as of this writing, fans have donated over 61.5 thousand dollars with an initial goal of $ 60,000… Although the girl will not be returned, the funds received will help Jeanette’s family with the medical bills accumulated during her battle with cancer and other expenses, taking into account all the circumstances.

Mouse’s talent will be appreciated for the last time in Resident Evil: Village, where her memory will live forever. The game will be released 7th May on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One and PC.
