According to the developers, their project may seem too violent or too realistic, which makes it a contender for the title of “high-profile scandal of 2023”, but they are not going to shy away from covering the most controversial topics in all their products.
In Serial Hunter, the player is assigned the role of John Doe, an investigative journalist specializing in solving criminal secrets. Through his police contacts, street informers, and deductive skills, he not only covers news of criminals roaming the streets of the city, but also takes justice into his own hands, personally passing judgment on those who have been too kind to the court or who escaped punishment.
As you earn experience points, the player will be able to unlock more and more weapons to punish criminals: from simple bits to construction and garden tools, as well as huge scissors.
In addition, the developers promise a system of public reaction to the level of cruelty towards criminals. A street avenger, in the eyes of people, can be either a hero who performs lynching within the framework of reason, as well as an “over-the-top” villain who recklessly punishes those who do not deserve such a terrible fate. The latter will also force the police to look more closely for the masked avenger.
