The royal battle season 7 has already started on PC PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds. Its main innovation was an updated version of the Wikendi map, which can be seen in the gameplay trailer below.
The developers updated the terrain, adjusted the amount of snow, changed cities and landmarks, turned Dinopark into Dinoland and added a branched railway with 9 trains and 12 stations.
The developers also added a new weapon – the Mosin rifle – improved stability, made changes to the gameplay and user interface and fixed some game errors. A complete list of changes can be found here.
A ticket for a season 7 survivor called Cold Front can already be bought at Steam for 599 rubles. In it, players will find 100 levels of rewards and more than 400 missions. On PC, the new season will be held from April 22 to July 15, and on consoles from April 28 to July 21.
In addition, the developers of PUBG shared their plans for console versions of the royal battle. In 2023, they intend to ensure stable performance, narrow the gap in the output of content on PCs and consoles, make special balance settings, increase the efficiency of cheater detection and improve protection against DDoS attacks.
