Some popular streamers including Rek it raven, LuciaEverBlack and Shineypen, staged a protest, canceling broadcasts on Twitch for a day.
V Twitter they called on caring users of the platform to support the action through the hashtag #ADayOffTwitch in the hope that the administration of the service will pay attention to the problem of racism and hate raids.
The latter previously statedthat fixed a gap in the comment filtering algorithm, but attacks on streamers in chats still did not stop. Therefore, dissatisfied users do not give up hope that Twitch will nevertheless activate and take action.
