“Everything indicates that this game starts with the biggest sales in the history of Sucker Punch Productions,” said Benji-Sales in correspondence with users. The difference with Infamous: Second Son is expected to be significant.
The specialist added that, unlike the situation with The Last of Us: Part II (which sold over 4 million copies in the first three days) and Spider-Man (more than 3.3 million copies in the first three days) a few years earlier, does not expect Ghost of Tsushima to set a new record for sales in the history of the PlayStation brand. Yet here we are talking about the start of a completely new franchise.
However, Benji-Sales predicts very high numbers. He believes that in the first three days, Ghost of Tsushima will have a circulation of at least 2,000,000 copies worldwide.. If the ratings are very good, above 85 points, perhaps the game will have a chance to get to three million copies at the start, he said.
