Edition The hollywood reporter reports that Pierce Brosnan will play Doctor Fate in the Black Adam movie. This will be the first superhero role in the career of the actor who is best known as one of the James Bond.
It is noted that in the film about Black Adam, the Justice Society, which includes Doctor Fate, will debut on the big screens. The other team members will be played by Aldis Hodge (Hawkman), Noah Centineo (Atom Crusher) and Quintess Swindell (Cyclone).
The main role, Black Adam himself, will be played by Dwayne Johnson. The director’s chair was taken by Jaume Collet-Serra (“The Passenger”, “Jungle Cruise”). The last draft of the script was written by Rory Hines and Sohrab Noshirvani, and the previous one was written by Adam Stickel.
Production of the picture is planned to begin in April.
