A new trailer and some screenshots of a major update for the game leaked to the Network ahead of time No man’s skythat got the subtitle Echo mech. Apparently, this time the developers decided to appease the fans of huge fighting humanoid robots (OBCR).
As before, Hello games will provide a choice of a view from the third and first person, as well as the ability to jump with a rocket engine. Presumably, there will be several models of robots: in the video and on screenshots from the official site you can see the classic fur with two arms and legs.
Also a variation of the walker flashes AT-ST from “Star wars“(he’s a chicken walker): In theory, this is one of the drones-sentries, so it’s still impossible to say whether it will be possible to control it yourself.
The release date for Echo Mech has not yet been revealed.
