After several leaks Ubisoft formally introduced Far cry 6. The announcement occurred during the broadcast Ubisoft forward, in which the French company shared several details of the upcoming game.
Far Cry 6 has been under development for about four years.. The shooter is engaged in Ubisoft Toronto with the support of several other publisher’s internal studios.
The action takes place in the tropical Yar, located on a fictional island in the vicinity of the Caribbean. Economic sanctions slowed down the development of the country, as a result of which time on the island “froze”.

Ubisoft promises to show in Far Cry 6 its most ambitious open world. The developers claim that in Yar there was a place for sandy beaches, dense jungle, countryside and even an extensive urban landscape with the capital under the name Esperanza – “Lion’s Lair”, where vertical gameplay predominates.
