Jason blundell announced about his departure from Treyarch – He led the studio with Dan Bunting and Mark Gordon since November 2016.
Blundell spent over 13 years at Treyarch, starting his career as a producer Call of duty 3. During production Black ops he became an executive producer, and to Black ops ii he was promoted to lead designer of the story campaign.
While working on Black ops iii he led the production of the zombie mode and story campaign, and in production Black ops 4 he worked only on zombies – more precisely, he worked on an ambitious solitary regime, but he eventually had to be canceled.
In his farewell letter, he conveyed a special “hello” to fans of the zombie regime, but did not say what he was going to do after leaving.
