The first matches of the OMEGA League Dota 2 tournament in the Immortal Division kick off on 14 August. There, 12 teams from Europe and the CIS will compete for a prize fund of $ 500 thousand. Among the participants – Virtus.pro, Team Secret, Natus Vincere, OG, Alliance, Nigma and other teams.

- Group stage (14-30 August 2023):
- two groups of six teams;
- circular system;
- all matches are best-of-3;
- the top two teams from each group advance to the Playoff Upper Bracket;
- the teams that took the third places in the groups get into the lower bracket of the playoffs;
- the teams that took the fourth and fifth places in each group go to the Play-in stage, from where two teams will advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs;
- the teams that lost in the Play-in stage go to the second round of the Divine Division Upper Playoff Bracket;
- the last-placed teams in the groups advance to the first round of the Divine Upper Playoff Bracket.
- Playoffs (September 2-6, 2023):
- double-elimination bracket;
- all matches except the grand final are best-of-3;
- grand final – best-of-5.
