New Update For Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Will Allow PC Gamers To Remove Game Modes To Save Space

Since its release in October 2019, the shooter Call of Duty: Modern Warfare regularly receives major updates, which constantly attracts criticism from some players due to the volume of the project on the hard drive.

Earlier this year, the Chief Operating Officer of Modern Warfare Paul Hale already apologized for the situation and said that the studio Infinity Ward “is constantly working on both reducing the size of download files and the game’s disk space”

He has already confirmed that Update 1.28, coming out today, will allow owners of the PC version of Modern Warfare to remove various game modes, which is already available console players.

There are no details about other innovations of the patch yet, but it is already available for pre-download for owners of the PS4 version of the game and will require 10GB of free space. PlayStation 4 owners have already received the same opportunity before the launch in September of the 6th season of Modern Warfare and Warzone.

Another beta testing Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War will take place between October 15-16 (open to all PS4 players and players who pre-ordered the Xbox One / PC version of the game) and October 17-19 (open to all).
