Activision revealed the plan for the fifth season Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Warzone, where attentive fans have already found a hint of the next part of the series – its announcement is just expected before the end of the month.
There is a Japanese inscription on the poster with a map path, which translates as “The vanguard is approaching“. Multiple leaks indicated that WW2 shooter will be subtitled this year Vanguard (“Vanguard”).
At the same time, the developers have confirmed that there will be a special event with “Red Doors” in the middle of the season. Perhaps, within its framework, a novelty will be presented.
Another important innovation of the season will be the “Double agent“- in short, this is a variation on the desktop theme”Mafia“(Or Among Us). There are traitors in the game who must be eliminated.

- Slums (6v6) – at the start of the season (from Black Ops 2)

New perks
- Combat Scout – after inflicting damage, the enemy is highlighted on the map
- Tempered – under the influence of the perk, the armor plates are strengthened.

- Walking stick (at the start of the season)
- Marshal Shotgun (Mid-Season)
Other innovations
- New streak reward – Flamethrower
- The gulag is now based on the Rush map.
The season starts on the morning of August 12th.
