This 13-episode animation project features a graduate student and engineer teaming up to face a mighty force that could destroy the world.
Judging by the trailer, the clash includes a battle not only with Godzilla herself, but also with other monsters – including with the help of some robots.
For Godzilla herself, by the way, a new design was specially created – Eiji Yamamoto from the studio was responsible for it. Ghibli… And the production of the project is occupied by the Bones studio, which worked on My hero academia…
The anime is slated to premiere in June, although a more precise date has not yet been announced.
