The most interesting releases of the first month of spring.
So spring has come, albeit only a calendar one. Its first month seems to be completely devoid of big blockbusters, but it is filled with small and potentially interesting projects. Let’s walk through them.
The beginning of the month
March 2 on PC and consoles from Sony the spatial puzzle will be released Maquette (PS5 owners will be able to pick it up for free in the PS Plus Compendium). In it, you have to interact with miniature copies of the same buildings in which you are yourself, and any change in the layout is reflected in reality. In parallel, actress Bryce Dallas Howard and actor Seth Gable will perform a play about the complexities of human relations at the microphone.
Will be released on the same day Monster Jam Steel Titans 2 – autosim about cars with huge wheels. They will be able to perform stunts in many of the most unimaginable locations: from the vampire castle to the automobile Mount Rushmore.

At the same time, a genre hybrid called Loop hero: This is a collectible card game, and a roguelike, and turn-based tactics. It is difficult to say how well it all works together, but it looks at least pretty.
Also, on the 4th, we are waiting for a charming three-dimensional platformer on PC and consoles Mail mole… We are ready to argue that the developers are very proud of this name: we have to play as a postman mole, and, accordingly, most of the gameplay will be built on high-speed movement underground. Note that the game will appear on Xbox One a day later.

March 12 will move to PC Pascal’s Wager Is one of the best mobile games of the past year. It was called the highest quality portable soullike of all. But will it compete with projects for large platforms?
Psychological thriller will be released on March 16 Mundaun – its main feature in the graphics stylized as pencil sketches. Moreover, all textures are indeed hand-drawn by the author. The action will unfold in a gloomy hotel and a mysterious alpine foothills.

March 23 will be released Arkham Horror: Mother’s Embrace – adaptation of the popular board game Arkham Horror… Moreover, this is not just a digital version with a couple of animations, but a full-fledged video game with a new storyline and significantly redesigned gameplay.
Then it will go on sale Overcooked! All you can eat Is a mixture of the first two parts and all the additions to them, spiced up with pumped up graphics, online mode for the original and new exclusive content.
Also on March 23, a psychological horror will appear on PC and consoles. Sanity of morris… The main character, armed with only one flashlight, goes in search of his father, and instead uncovers a government conspiracy and learns about a secret alien invasion. Or is all this just imagining to him?
And on the 23rd, it will be released exclusively on Switch Story of Seasons: Pioneers of Olive Town Is another cartoon farming game. It is noteworthy that the Story of Seasons series was once part of Harvest Moon, but then spun off into a separate franchise. As a result, fans of the genre in March will receive two very similar projects at once with a breakdown of only two weeks.

On the same day, a three-dimensional platformer will be released on everything Balan wonderworld… This is the first project in many years by Naoto Oshima and Yuji Naki – game designers who gave us Sonic. Judging by the scale of the release, Square enix expects a fresh title to hit as much as the blue hedgehog franchise. As for the gameplay, the main feature, judging by the trailers, will be as many as 80 costumes that the heroes will be able to try on, each with their own unique abilities.
It’s funny that in parallel with Balan Wonderworld will appear Kaze and the wild masks… The central mechanics in it are exactly the same: masks with all sorts of properties such as levitation or underwater breathing. Only now the game itself is much more similar to the classic parts of “Sonic” than the creation of Oshima and Naki.
March 26th will be released exclusively on Switch Monster hunter rise – a new part of the already quite mainstream series Capcom… You have to do everything the same as always: chop monsters, create armor and weapons from their remains, and then chop up more monsters.
Everything except Switch will appear on the same day Spacebase startopia – in it you will be offered to take control of the space station. Every minute friendly and not very aliens arrive on it: some must be entertained, others should be arranged on leave, with others to fight – and all this simultaneously and on three decks. In general, another test for stress resistance.
