Maniac “Trinity” will return in the new season of “Dexter”

Serial killer nicknamed “Trinity”, played by John Lithgow in the fourth season “Dexter“will return to screens in the show’s upcoming revival. Deadline, the appearance of one of Dexter Morgan’s most dangerous foes will be short but meaningful.

According to the source, the actor will only be on set in Los Angeles for about a day, and his scenes are due to begin filming next week. It is reported that the authors of the new season have figured out how to bring Trinity back into the narrative, but details of how this will happen, given that he was killed in the fourth season finale, are not yet available.

Most likely, Arthur “Trinity” Mitchell will be featured in flashbacks or Dexter’s leadings.

It is worth noting that the maniac played by John Lithgow became one of the most memorable antagonists of the entire series, and the actor himself received an Emmy award for his role in 2010.

Channel Showtime announced the revival of Dexter last October. As previously reported, the new 10-episode season will unfold almost ten years after Dexter faked his own death in a hurricane.

In addition to Michael C. Hall in his iconic role as Dexter Morgan, Season 9 castes include Jamie Chon (Lovecraft Country), Clancy Brown (Detroit Become Human), Julia Jones, Alano Miller, Johnny Sequoia and Jack Alcott.
