List of sites for “Accessible Internet” approved – review

The Ministry of Digital Development, Telecommunications and Mass Media has approved a list of sites that can be accessed even if there is no money in the account within the framework of the Accessible Internet project until July 1. So far, this is an experiment.
The list includes social networks, search and reference systems, communication platforms (instant messengers and e-mail), media, cartographic and weather services, portals of government agencies, banks, delivery services, educational and cultural resources. In total, there are 391 sites in the list.

News, aggregators, media:

At the same time, we note that “Accessible Internet”, according to operators, will cost them 150 billion rubles a year. While the agency estimated this amount at 5.7 billion.
