Studio developers Cardboard computer and publishing house Annapurna interactive today announced the release of the fifth and final act of an episodic adventure game Kentucky Route Zero for PC. At the same time, the release of the full console edition of the game called Kentucky Route Zero: TV Edition. The kit is now available for the PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
The premiere of the first act took place exactly seven years ago. It was originally planned to release the final fifth episode back in 2018, but subsequently the creators’ plans changed and the release was postponed. Now the game has all five acts, as well as all the “interludes”, which before that came out separately. On top of that, the adventure was carefully translated into Russian.
On the PC, the continuation, like all previous acts, will be available in the digital distribution service Steam using a seasonal pass.
A mystical adventure in five acts tells about a secret highway running through caves near Kentucky and a mysterious people traveling along it.
