Jason Oda’s action movie Waking comes out June 18th – review

Independent developer Jason Oda, known for Continue? 9876543210, and publishing house tinyBuild finally decided on the release date of the adventure action movie Waking. The game will be released on June 18 on the PC (via Steam) and Xbox One.

They were originally going to release the game in the summer of 2019, but the process of creating an adventure in the style of Dark souls dragged on. Which is not surprising: in fact, the game is made by one person.

The main character of Waking lies in a coma. But his consciousness at this time acts in a fantasy world where he has to meet and fight with all the internal demons. And the defenders at the same time are relatives, loved ones, loved ones: memories of them serve as protection and weapons.

Players have to visit the world of dreams, which not only does not look like anything else, but also constantly changes thanks to procedural generation. And we can only return to the real world if we go to the end and find out all the secrets of sleep.
