Jeff Kaplan tied a smartphone to a box to talk about Overwatch – review

Shooter director Overwatch Jeff Kaplan recorded another video with a story about innovations in the game. This issue was unusual, because Jeff, like other employees Blizzard, stays at home. To make a video, he had to tape the phone to the box with tape.

However, upcoming innovations will surely please the players. Especially those who spend a lot of time in lines for matches. Every time a match is canceled due to someone’s refusal, the players are in a new turn. This will be fixed: now they will have priority – unless the match was canceled through no fault of their own.

Developers will also improve the lives of those who slowly type or cannot use their voice. A wheel of vocal emotions will appear in the game. With it, players will be able to call for help with one button, say goodbye or apologize for a mistake.

Previously, only May had an “apology”. Now, the creators recorded voice cues for all 32 heroes. They can be selected and customized to your liking.

It is still unknown when the promised innovations will appear on live servers.
