Following the new season “Dexter“which aims to provide fans with a different ending to Dexter Morgan’s story. Showtime ordered the continuation of the series “Ray Donovan“, which was cut short in Season 7. It will be a feature-length film. Events kick off where Season 7 ended.
Crime show star Liv Schreiber confirmed that he would return to being a “solver” for the Los Angeles elite, along with Jon Voight as Mickey Donovan and Carris Dorsey, played by Bridget Donovan. Showrunner of the series David Hollander will direct and write the script in collaboration with Liv Schreiber himself.
The feature film is scheduled to be shot later this year in New York.
