On February 21, the decisive matches of the IEM Katowice 2023 CS: GO group stage took place. Four teams from the CIS made it to the playoffs of the championship, and the region’s community did not disregard this occasion. CS: GO Analyst Duncan Thorin Shields did not share the enthusiasm of the community. It does not recognize online CS tournaments.

To the playoffs IEM Katowice 2023 CIS region will present Natus Vincere, Gambit Esports, Virtus.pro and Team Spirit. The tournament matches will continue on February 26.
