In the database Cinebench r20 mobile processor testing results appeared Core i5-10300Hwhich operates at a higher frequency than Core i5-9300H based on architecture Coffee lake-h. The increase is 100-200 MHz, which provides up to 11% increase in performance in a multi-threaded test.
It should be noted that the system configurations do not completely match, since the 10300H was tested with DDR4-3200 RAM, and the 9300H with DDR4-2666. Therefore, it is possible that it was faster memory that added a couple of points to the winner.
Otherwise, these processors are similar: four cores, eight threads and a heat packet of no more than 45 watts. The graphics in them are the same – Intel UHD 630although video core frequencies are not indicated.
This increase in performance indicates that Intel is now relying on evolutionary improvements, including increased clock speeds, architecture optimization, and so on. Apparently, the time of the real revolution has not come yet.
