According to the journalist VentureBeat, the conclusion of the deal between Microsoft and Kojima Productions is at the final stage – the parties have started to formalize the papers, while the lawyers are finishing discussing the related subtleties. The parties have previously signed an “agreement of intent to work together.” Sources say that the collapse of the deal at this stage is unlikely.
